Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 1 to 4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. *Based on our current lead times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping anywhere in the US:

Shipping in the continental USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Products are shipped through the UPS/USPS and shipping times vary. Expect to receive your shipment within 1-7 business days.

 If you still have yet to receive your shipment on the 8th business day from when you placed your order, please contact us at support@squarekeg.net

 

International Shipping: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SquareKeg is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you are ordering from outside of the US, your shipment may take 8-20 business days.

 If you still have yet to receive your shipment on the 20th business day from when you placed your order, please contact us at support@squarekeg.net with your name and order number and we will check on the status of your order.

 

Tracking your shipment:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@squarekeg.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your SquareKeg product, we will issue a full return up to 30 days after the customer has received their product. If you have any further questions on our return policy or process, please contact us at support@squarekeg.net
